Who Am I?

Hi! I’m Paulette! 

I help busy women who struggle with  fatigue, brain fog and belly fat, take back control of their body and brain so they can enjoy life and have the energy they need to finally achieve their amazing career and life goals.

A few years ago, I felt like my body and my mind were out of control.
 
I suffered daily with fatigue and brain fog.
I had so many things that I wanted to do with my life, but I could barely make it through the day without living on [4, 5...6 cups of] caffeine. By mid-afternoon, all I could think about was having a nap (but NO TIME for that). I was constantly feeling overwhelmed, impatient with my kids, and way older than I should have been feeling.

What I didn't realize at the time, was that the fatigue and brain fog were being caused in part by what I was doing EVERY SINGLE morning!

I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. Through trial and error along with my nutrition training, I figured out how to fix my problems so that now I have steady energy all day long and I can finally think again! I'm back to having fun AND reaching my big goals!

This guide will show you 3 simple things that myself and my clients do in the morning to make sure we have energy all day long, even after 5pm, and to keep our brains clear... so that we can keep up with our busy life and enjoy it at the same time!
